terraces offering both sun and shade - ideal for reading

Surrounded by it's own wood, orchard and Mediterranean style garden, Casadane can
supply it's guests with home grown fruit and vegetables.
Guests are welcomed to the property by the owners
themselves, who can give advice and suggestions on the
best places of interest o visit in the surrounding area.
Accommodation comprises of 2 double and 2 twin
bedrooms one with double bed settee and two single
beds with two bathrooms which are situated on the 1st
floor, complete with it's own charming west
facing, large veranda, offering a cool tranquil
sanctuary for reading and a rest from the sun,
overlooking the totally enclosed 2 acre orchard and wooded area, a different level to
the owners, providing autonomy and privacy.
Facilities/Features
The property offers a lovely open fireplace in the
spacious lounge for cool evenings, complete with
Sat TV, double patio doors. Dining areas both indoors
and out. Laundry facilities, luxury pool table in the
basement. Sat Tvs in all bedrooms. Car hire is advisable
to tour this beautiful island, we do, however, offer
an airport pick-up and drop-off service and daily transport to various locations can be
arranged (these services are extra). A lawned garden and swimming pool (10m x 5m).
Smoking is permitted.
For those who enjoy walking, there is an extensive network of paths commencing right
outside the villa, for those with a little more stamina, bigger hikes are achievable in the
Arta mountains. Casadane offers the best of both worlds: peace and tranquillity in a
beautiful rural setting, yet only a 2 minutes drive links you to the nearby town of Arta
and the rest of the island.
There are plenty of golfing facilities in the surrounding area including Canyamel Golf,
Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf and Son Servera which are located just 5 minutes by car.
Tennis, squash, diving, horse riding, cycling, hiking, wind-surfing or swimming are
within a 8 km radius of Casadane.
